Refund policy

Returns for the customer's convenience are not accepted.
Basically, deliveries are made after the vehicle has been checked at the shop, so returns cannot be accepted.
If there are any defects after delivery, please contact our shop within one week.


Stock of items

Our products are sold directly in our shops and on other websites. In the unlikely event that an item is no longer in stock due to a conflict with sales in our shops or on other websites, we will contact you and refund your money as soon as possible.
Credit card and PayPal refunds will be made through the receiving institution, while bank transfer refunds will be made to the bank account from which the transfer was made. For bank transfers, the cost of the transfer will also be borne by us and will be added to the fee received and refunded to the bank account from which the transfer was made.
Please note that we will not be able to refund the fee.
